Very nice Jon... Having your portfolio displayed on a web site is most definitely working in your favor as are your projects.
As far as the site goes, think about how it is used in conjunction with what you send to firms. I would assume your website supplants the need for a typical portfolio so you would only need to send them a teaser with a print-screen of your site maybe to emphasize that you have a legitimate site and not something haphazard.
Since it is a portfolio, some of the organization of how you present your projects should be refined to show process and diagrams; how your website guides each viewer through each project and amongst your portfolio since it is going to be viewed whimsically and not page by page.
All your projects look fantastic, it's just a matter of presenting them in the best way possible with a different medium. Keep at it!
