Ryan, these are getting better. I would make the font of the title page much smaller, justified to right and bottom. It looks too traditional. I like your second page the best because of its diagrammatic nature. The third spread is ok, but the words don't address the building itself. I don't feel like they're explaining the image effectively. The final spread is nice. Delete the word "Process" on the left side and maybe differentiate the text rural and sophistication so we recognize them as contrasting entities. Really like the balance of large sections with the diagrammatic views along the top. Overall, feels like it needs another spread or two. More process diagrams and sketches to show how you arrived at this solution.
Good stuff. I made some more revisions and will update the images up top. I would agree that there is a piece missing, although with a few weeks left I have to pick my battles. I've got a couple other projects that I will show that deal exclusively with design process and less about site. I'm hoping that each project shows a slightly different focus/approach to the design process that will hopefully give balance/diversity to the portfolio.
